Create new tournament

This will create a tournament with two phases:
1. League phase (round robin rules) called 'Main league phase'
2. Sign up phase (invitations only) called 'Invitations'
People put in 'Invitations' will show up in 'Main league phase' automatically

1. Bottom bracket phase(knock-out rules) called 'Bottom bracket phase'.
(This phase will be inside a bracket called 'Main bracket')
2. Group phase (2 winners per group, 32 in total, can be edited) called 'Group phase'
3. Sign up phase (invitations only) called 'Invitations'
4. Sign up phase (open) called 'Signups'
People put in 'Invitations' will show up in 'Bottom bracket phase' automatically
People put in 'Signups' will show up in 'Group phase' automatically
Winners of 'Group phase' will show up in 'Bottom bracket phase' automatically
