And there is a possibility that you can pay quite a lot for red and get bad roads. That is, even red does not guarantee anything.
This is all bad.
I wanted to make a version where no one pays much for the color and has an equal chances.
I took 7 variants of 6lm with different fixed connections and created a set of templates. Random variant drops out on each restart. Red and blue become equal in this sense.
