DETAILED DESCRIPTION
Special Rule: Town Evaluation
Each player before tournament has to answear question: "specify +/- for each faction you would like to have to play it for entire tournament"
Example: Castle -2137, Rampart -1800, Tower -950, Inferno +666, Conflux -3200
Sum of evaluations must not exceed 0
Data will be collected and published for all players, town assignment will be done based on algorithm described in tournament rules.

Każdy gracz przed turniej zobowiązany jest odpowiedzieć na pytanie "określ + i - dla każdej frakcji przy którym chciałbyś rozegrać nią cały turniej"

Suma wycen nie może przekroczyć 0
Dane zostaną zebrane i opublikowane dla wszystkich graczy, przydział miast odbędzie się na podstawie algorytmu opisanego w regulaminie turniejowym.
